Meet our newbie Freddy. Freddy is a male King Charles Cavalier around 1 year old. He found himself at an overcrowded city shelter with skin issues and hair loss due to neglect. Although we don't know what his past looked like, he is doing great at our shelter. Please note, he has not been dog or cat tested. Freddy will be available to meet at our shelter this Saturday from 10-2pm.
