I'm 27 pounds of pure scruffy deliciousness! I ended up at the shelter after my owner left the island and left me behind in the yard with no one to feed me or give me water-but I'm safe now at VHS! Not much is known about her past, but what we do know is that Pascua is a 2-year-old Scruffy McMuffin with plenty of charm that deserves a new home.
