Meet Ruby Ruby is the perfect mix of energy and affection. She loves to run, explore, and stay active, so she’ll do best with someone who enjoys getting outside and including their dog in daily life. Once she’s had her exercise, Ruby is incredibly loving and will happily settle in for cuddles and downtime with her person. Ruby was rescued from a high-kill shelter along with one of her puppies after being placed on the euthanasia list. She’s safe now and thriving, just waiting for a home that will give her the consistency and care she deserves. She would do best in a home without cats or small livestock, as she has a strong prey drive. Ruby can do well with certain dogs with proper introductions, but she may prefer to be the center of attention in her home.
