About Linkin Bark
Meet Linkin Bark, a big-hearted, oversized puppy tipping the scales just under 90lb. He buzzes with energy and can get a little bouncy during playtime, sometimes jumping up or grabbing things he shouldn’t. Volunteers and staff are helping Linkin Bark work on his manners, and he’s showing real promise thanks to his smarts and willingness to learn. He’ll thrive in a home with someone experienced with large dogs—someone who can keep up with his training and provide him with outlets for all that youthful enthusiasm. Linkin Bark isn’t suited for homes with small children but loves meeting dog friends in playgroup. He’d want to meet any canine siblings first to make sure everyone gets along. Inside the shelter, he sometimes gets frustrated and doesn’t show his best side, but outdoors his true personality shines through. Linkin Bark is ready to grow into the perfect companion with the right guidance and patience. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!

Questions about Linkin Bark
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Linkin Bark is a large mixed-breed dog, so he thrives best in a home with space to roam and people committed to his ongoing training and exercise. He isn't a good fit for apartment living unless the adopter is active and ready for long walks and regular playtime.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Large mixed breeds like Linkin Bark need a yard or access to roomy outdoor spaces where they can burn off energy safely. Regular play and exercise are important for his happiness and health.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Linkin Bark isn’t suited for homes with small children, as his playful energy and size could accidentally overwhelm them. Homes without young kids would be best.
