Hi, I'm Aspen, a beautiful and regal SWISS SHEPHERD and I'm a very special lady! I'm 2 years old and weigh 72 pounds although I'm working hard to gain another 5-10 pounds. I have all the best qualities that Swiss Shepherds are known for - I'm intelligent, obedient, gentle and loyal and I'm often described as more sensitive and less intense than German Shepherds. We're known to be very people oriented and act as affectionate and sensitive member of our families. I'm a very happy a playful girl and I'm living with a loving Foster Mom, Julie who is giving me so much love and kindness. I'm so thankful for her because my life before changed so quickly. I don’t know what happened but one minute I am in my home with my newborn puppies and the next thing I know, I'm in the shelter with my puppies and they were saved by a rescue group and I was left behind. I have the best temperament and I get along great with other pups. I'm on the submissive side and very respectful when I meet other dogs....even the little ones. You can see in my videos how I'm very happy to meet other pups and very kind to them. I will be a wonderful member of a loving family and would love a doggie sibling. I would prefer living in a suburban area with a fenced yard so I can play with my family. I'm healthy, fully vaccinated and house-trained too.
