Arriving on Saturday April 18th Roscoe is an amazingly smart, sweet and curious boy and the foster felt he acts older than he is. He is also very loyal and just loves water. When it comes to other dogs, he is great with them and he really does not mind cats -- ignores them. Roscoe rides well in the car and is working hard on his crate and housetraining.
