This sweet 2-year-old boy arrived at the shelter on April 15th, and despite his size this gentle giant is really just a big baby who finds the noise and bustle of shelter life overwhelming. He stays quiet in his run, trying his best to be brave in a world that feels very loud and very scary right now.   Rock is house trained, wonderful with children, and sits beautifully — and when he feels safe enough to let his guard down, this boy leans into you with everything he has, searching for the comfort and reassurance that every good dog deserves. That lean says everything about who Rock really is — a soft, sensitive soul who just needs someone to show him that the world can be a gentle place.   Rock is heartworm negative and up to date on all of his vaccines, and he will be neutered prior to adoption — healthy and completely ready for the calm, loving home he so desperately needs and deserves.
