Marvin was found with a severe wound on his neck, likely due to an embedded collar. He was in pain and afraid, and so nervous that he wouldn't walk anywhere. <br/> <br/>Though our amazing team was able to treat and help him feel better, Marvin is still afraid in the shelter. Due to his past, he doesn't like being on leash, but will walk as long as he's on a harness. <br/> <br/>He's still learning that he can trust people again, and is starting to come out of his shell more and more. When he's out in the dog park, we can see his true personality shine.
