This 1-year-old, 35-pound Poodle/Hound mix has the coolest soft, wiry coat in shades of black and gray and a personality that will win you over in no time. Ebony is the perfect mix of playful and calm. She loves to run and play with other dogs, so a home with a canine buddy would be ideal for her. But once playtime is over, she’s all about the cuddles, pets, and being told what a good girl she is! She’s doing great with house training when kept on a schedule, is crate trained (though she’d prefer not to spend too much time there), and walks pretty well on a leash. Around the home, she’s relaxed and easy to have around—just happy to be near her people. Ebony can be a little shy when meeting new people, but don’t let that fool you—she warms up quickly, especially if treats are involved! Because of her gentle nature, she would do best in a home where someone is around often and where she has a fenced yard to safely stretch her legs and play.
