About Burning Ember Lily

Burning Ember Lily is a quiet little spark with a warm, glowing heart. At 6 years old, this beautiful calico girl may be shy when you first meet her, preferring to take her time getting comfortable and observing the world from a cozy, safe spot. But once she feels secure, her true nature begins to shine. Lily is affectionate in the gentlest way—soft head bumps, quiet companionship, and those slow, trusting blinks that say everything. She doesn’t demand attention, but she deeply appreciates it, and the bond you build with her will feel all the more special because of it. She does well with other cats and would likely find comfort in a calm feline friend or a peaceful home where she can continue to blossom at her own pace. Burning Ember Lily is spayed, medically up to date, and ready to find a patient, loving home where she can truly glow. Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!! Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, ($25-125 +TAX) special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
