Our adoption center is located next to CAL Ranch at 232 North Jones (I-95) Suite 170. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY, just walk right in. Dunn aka Archie is a 2-year-old, 12-pound Terrier mix with a playful spirit and a big heart. He is ready to find a loving, patient home. Archie loves to play—especially with his favorite toy, “Lamby,” and his chew toys. He also enjoys spending time with other dogs and can be very playful with canine friends. After playtime, Archie is happiest relaxing in a sunny spot or curling up next to you on the couch, soaking up gentle pets. He sleeps through the night and has a consistent routine, eating morning and evening. Archie is potty trained and does well with structure. In new environments or during overnight stays, he may have occasional accidents due to some separation anxiety, but he continues to improve as he builds comfort and trust. Archie is a sensitive little guy who takes time to warm up, but once he does, his affectionate and loyal personality shines. He prefers gentle interactions and does best with people who understand that he doesn’t enjoy being picked up. Because of this, he would thrive in a home with adults or older children who can respect his space. He feels most secure having a cozy crate or safe space to retreat to when he’s unsure. With patience and consistency, Archie continues to grow in confidence every day. Archie would do best in a home without cats. He may take a little time to adjust to new people, especially men, but with calm introductions and a steady routine, he settles in well. Archie is a sweet, playful companion looking for a calm, understanding home where he can feel safe, loved, and continue to blossom. Archie loves other dogs and would love a home with a social dog to be more comfortable in his new home. A Path 4 Paws holds adoption events at our Adoptions Center, located at 232 N. Jones Blvd, Suite 170 right next to CAL Ranch (North Jones/ I-95). Please bring your dog(s) for a meet and greet (if applicable) Please bring your entire family so everyone can meet. We have limited space at the store, therefore we can not take every dog out to the event. This pet comes with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org . This benefit includes free access to Petcademy's team of trainers/behaviorists, as well as access to online materials that will help you settle Dunn into your home. You can text unlimited questions to Petcademy and they'll respond within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. This pet is spayed/neutered, has current vaccinations and includes a microchip, deworming and 2 free vet visits, including a Healthy Start Certificate with the VCA Hospitals with a $250 health credit (restrictions apply).
