Meet Lightning! She is a 10-month-old spayed female brown Tabby. This little girl came to us as a stray after sneaking into some nice man’s home for some company and light snuggling. Lightning is a little hissy at first when meeting new people here inside the shelter, but underneath all that bravado is a very sweet and gentle kitten. Before her sneaky little B&E that got her here, Lightning enjoyed chasing butterflies, yowling at the moon, and impersonating Cyndi Lauper. Lightning is gentle and playful once she is feeling comfortable in her new surroundings so if you are looking for a little free spirit to join your family, and are into 80’s girl pop, come give Lightning a visit, this girl just wants to have fun!
