She’s incredibly affectionate and has already formed a sweet bond with the older dog in her foster home. With her playful spirit and loving personality, she’s the kind of dog who will happily become someone’s constant sidekick and best friend. She loves spending time outside and would make a great companion for someone who enjoys being in the yard or exploring the outdoors. Her leash training for walks is going well, and she’s excited to keep learning. Kahlia has a great appetite but is very polite about it and does well sharing during mealtime. She’s working on potty training and is doing well for her age, currently hitting the pads about 60% of the time and improving every day. Like many puppies, Kahlia loves toys and especially chew bones while she learns not to be quite so mouthy. She’s also practicing taking treats “easy” and learning patience. One of her cutest habits is sitting politely and staring up at you with her big, soulful eyes while you prepare her food. She sleeps on her own at night (though she’d definitely prefer to be curled up with her people!). Kahlia is a happy, loving puppy who will thrive with someone ready to spend time with her, keep her active, and continue guiding her as she grows into an amazing dog.
