Boulder is a 1-year-old gentle soul who's still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. He can be very nervous and shy at first, often preferring to hang back and take everything in-but behind those cautious eyes is a truly sweet dog just waiting to bloom. Boulder is looking for a calm, patient home where he can move at his own pace and build confidence little by little. With time, understanding, and lots of love, he has so much potential to come out of his shell and form a deep bond with his person.
