Cowboy is in urgent need of a loving him that will cherish him and keep him safe. Or a foster home but we really don't want him to be shuffled around. He's was abandoned by his organinal owner, sheltered, fostered, then finally adopted again only to have his owner go away. He's back with foster but they are having surgery and then moving. We will do everything we can to support his needs and transition. There is the offer of a substantial financial contribution to help get him started with the right family. He deserves so much more. He's good with other dogs and cats. Not sure about children. can you give Cowboy the family and life he deserves?
