Brett B Baby
AvailableAbout Brett B Baby
Brooke and her puppies were recently featured on the news in Memphis -- and sadly, not for a good reason. During the last brutal cold snap (single-digit temps), this brave mama was outside with her newborn babies. Brooke did everything she could to keep them safe until the team at Memphis Animal Services stepped in and secured their safety. We were asked if we'd give this little family a fresh start -- of course, we said yes. Brett is the last of his litter available for adoption. He is about 4-months old and currently thriving in a loving local foster home, enjoying a warm bed and lots of puppy playtime. Brett absolutely thrives around other dogs and takes comfort in having a furry friend by his side. He also does wonderfully with kids, making him a great addition to a family looking for a loving, loyal pup. Whether he's snuggled up next to you on the couch or quietly following along during playtime, Brett's soft and affectionate nature really shines through. This sweet boy may be a bit shy when you first meet him, but give him a little time and you'll discover a cuddly, gentle companion who just wants to be involved in the day in and day out family activities. Brett has typical puppy energy! Please be sure you're ready for the commitment -- he will need to continue with crate training and house training. If you're prepared for puppy chaos and lifelong love, Brett might be your perfect match. Brooke is also available for adoption if it's Mama you're interested in! Breed: Shepherd/Lab/Pit Mix (not guarantees of DNA) Age: 16 weeks estimated 4/8//2026 Weight: 18lb 4/8/26 Spayed/Neutered: Too young - Spay/Neuter Contract will be required and strictly enforced. Vaccinations: Puppy vaccines will be up to date. All vaccinations required after adoption are the adopter's responsibility. Heartworm: Too young (testing is done at 6 months of age) Housetrained: Not promising anything in this department! Will be crate trained, however. Microchipped: Yes Location of dog currently: New England Puppy Adoption Fee: $600.00 (includes a spay/neuter surgery rebate to be paid to the adopter when proof of spay/neuter is provided to Paws New England). We can provide adopters with a list of low-cost SN clinics when requested. The adoption fee also includes the transport fee when applicable ATTENTION PUPPY ADOPTERS: You must attend training/behavior classes with your new dog unless you are an experienced dog owner and your adoption coordinator is comfortable with your experience. This requirement is for your benefit and your puppy's, so if you experience behavioral issues, you have a point of contact. PLEASE--Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours until he's older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so crucial in this puppy's life. Do you have the time?
