About Arthur
Arthur has a lot to say—he's the vocal, soulful type who woowoos when he greets new dogs or people. Since arriving underweight and struggling with mange, he's been working his way back, growing stronger every day. Arthur is looking for a foster or adopter who will give him a safe place while he recovers. In person, he's a gentle, sweet soul who manages well on leash and settles nicely in his crate. He isn't yet house trained, but he has a willing spirit and wants to please. Arthur gets along with other dogs and is comfortable with children. At just over four years old, he still has playful energy but knows how to pace himself. Born September 30, he's a Libra—social, sensitive, and eager for harmony. Arthur is vaccinated and will be neutered soon. He’s in Mullins, SC and needs a family who can offer patience as he finishes healing. This could be the start of something paw-some.
