About Piper

Meet Piper! Piper is a lovable, senior Pit Bull Terrier with a warm personality. She thrives around people and is especially gentle with children, quickly becoming the favorite lap dog in any room. Piper is easy to train and responds to many commands like sit, stay, shake, and lay down. She is food-motivated but doesn’t guard her meals or toys, and she sees her crate as a personal retreat. Piper enjoys leisurely walks and always soaks up attention from passing strangers. She’s still polishing her leash manners, especially when she spots a squirrel or another dog, but she corrects easily and rarely barks. For playtime, Piper enjoys chewing bones, playing tug, and politely destroying stuffed toys, but is happiest lounging on the nearest couch or following her humans from room to room. She prefers to be the only dog in the home so she can soak up all the affection. Piper is house trained, calm during baths, and keeps her mischief limited to toys—never furniture or shoes. She’s sensitive to cold weather and will gladly don booties to keep her feet cozy. While currently a bit underweight, Piper deals with mild skin irritation, especially on her paws, tail, and ears, but regular baths help keep her comfortable. She’s a quiet, affectionate companion who’s simply waiting for a loving home. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
