*Meow* I'm in a foster home. To meet me reach out to my foster caregiver at karenmalovrh@gmail.com Freckles came into care after being rescued by a kind human during the big snow storm in January. She was very shy and scared in the shelter, but she's really starting to come out of her shell now that she's in a safe and comfy home! Freckles is adorable. She's a gorgeous orange and brown tortie. She is very playful and affectionate, but still wary of humans, so she'll let me pet her and she'll snuggle my hand and knead on my arm, so long as she's at least half way under the bed. She loves to play, especially with laser pointers and wand toys. She mostly stays in my bedroom, but will explore the entire apartment now and then. Freckles and my cat seem mildly interested in one another but are giving each other space. They haven't hissed or chased each other, which is a good sign if you already have pets.
