Hi, I’m Raider. I’m about a year old, 46 pounds, and ready to start my new life. I didn’t have the easiest beginning - I was abandoned in rough conditions. This left me a little confused about the world and unsure of what comes next. But with all that behind me, I believe in love. I really do! I’m the kind of guy who wants to connect. I watch people, hoping they’ll see me - not just where I came from, but who I’m trying to be. When I start to feel safe, my sweet and silly side comes out quickly. I lean in for affection, I follow your lead, and I try my best to understand what you’re asking of me. I’m still learning a few things, like how to walk nicely on leash. Sometimes I get a little excited, but I’m very motivated by treats and, even more than that, by pets and love. With a little patience and consistency, I know I’ll figure it out. I want to make you proud. Right now, I’m in a back building, inaccessible to the public, so please ask to meet me. It’s an ok place - better than where I came from, but it means I get overlooked. If you’re reading this, I’m hoping you’ll take that extra step to ask for me. I promise I’m worth it! I may have started my life in a hard place, but I’m ready for something different.
