About Mack Cross Post
Mack Cross Post is a 103lb gentle giant with a deep love for cuddling and being close to his person. At five years old, he's food motivated and mostly prefers lounging around, showing bursts of playfulness once he got the hang of toys—though he only unleashes his champion chewing skills on things meant for it. Mack always wants eyes on his people, and if you sit, he’ll be right there by your side. He is best suited as the only dog in the home; younger dogs tend to bring out some tension, and he thrives with calm rather than chaos. Mack is mostly indifferent to cats, though sometimes he’ll sneak in a playful chase. He would benefit from a roomy kennel to stretch out and relax, and having you nearby is what gives him comfort—he may show a tough front to strangers, but under that is a big softie who melts quickly. Walks and car rides are right up his alley, and he is completely house trained. Mack is looking for someone who can appreciate his easygoing personality, his need for closeness, and his big-hearted ways. Your new best friend is just one click away.
