Prior owner passed away suddenly and cat came into rescue. Cat was very stressed over all the change and licked much of her hair off. She has recovered and opened up in foster care. Pants is ready for a home. Pants is an American short hair/Manx mix with a stub tail. She doesn't bite or scratch. Social sweet girl.
