I’m Sage. I Bring the Energy, Then I Bring the Love. I'm currently in Georgia. My bags are packed, I’m ready to travel to my new home. Where are you? Are you my new family? I’ll travel to you! I’m the kind of dog who wakes up ready to go. Play, move, explore, be part of whatever you’re doing. If you’ve got a toy, I’m already interested. If you’re heading outside, I’m right there with you. I love being with my people. That’s my favorite place. Not across the yard. Not in another room. Right where you are. I do use my mouth when I play, so I’ll need someone who understands how to guide that into toys and good habits. I’m smart and I want to learn, I just need consistency. In a multiple-dog setting, I can come off a little strong around other dogs. It’s a lot of noise, a lot of energy, and I react to it. But once I’m out and in a real environment, I settle and do much better. I just need space to breathe and a person to focus on. On leash, I can be strong at first. I’m excited. I’ve got energy to burn. After I get that out, I relax and walk much more calmly. A little exercise goes a long way with me. What I need is someone active, patient, and willing to work with me. Someone who doesn’t mind a dog with personality and drive. Because once I’ve had my play and I’m by your side, you’ll see it. A happy, loving dog who just wants to be part of your world.
