Kiara arrived at the Sanctuary at Haafsville as an owner surrender due to her owner moving and not being able to take her. During her time with us, Kiara has shown her desire for attention by rubbing against the kennel door and chatting with us, but she only permits a few pets. After all, she has to keep an eye out for any potential intruders! With that in mind, she would thrive as the only cat in a household since she tends to unleash her inner tiger to fend off any other felines that come too close. We believe she won't act this way in a loving home; she simply needs someone who will cherish her for who she is and let her embrace her inner lioness.
