About Sugar
#A5759063 Say hello to Sugar , a 4-year-old pocket-sized pittie with a velvety coat in dreamy shades of soft tan and cream, and the cutest little pout you’ve ever seen. She’s the total package deal - warm, affectionate, and always ready to curl up in your lap or by your side as your perfect companion. Sugar has a sweet, gentle personality but don’t be fooled - she loves to romp around and show off her playful side before settling in to smother you with love. She’s incredibly outgoing and makes fast friends, happily greeting everyone (human and pup alike) with her wiggly, joyful energy - especially if treats are involved, which she takes ever so gently! Sugar would thrive as a family dog or with first-time pet owners, but honestly, she’d fit beautifully into just about any loving home. Come scoop up this sweet treat and make her yours today! -4 year old fawn and white Pitbull -38 pound spayed female -may need the standard round of shots and preventatives before she can go home with you, but the shelter can likely help with this! -came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 3/2/26 as a stray -does not show the best in her kennel, but once she’s out, she shines like the star she is -super sweet, with a bright, bouncy personality - just check out her vid to see her playful side really shine! -excellent on leash, seems to be potty trained, and already knows basic commands like sit -calms down and settles in beautiful after burning off some steam with a round of zoomies - could make an excellent pup sister to dogs you may already have, if they are her size or bigger -the perfect family dog, but also great for first time pet owners - even seemed unbothered by cats at the shelter, so could possibly live harmoniously with them with proper intros SUGAR’S VIDEO: https://youtube.com/shorts/tHT8Vq-QU20 For more information, contact volunteer Lisa at lisaa@unitedhopeforanimals.org ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals.
