He came to the shelter as a stray, and while we don’t know much about his past, we do know he’s ready to start his next chapter with a loving, committed family. He’s still learning his leash manners and tends to pull, so he would greatly benefit from continued training to help him become the best companion he can be. With consistency and patience, he has so much potential to shine. Zuko is looking for a home where he can be the only pet—he prefers not to share his space with other dogs or cats. Because of his impressive escape-artist skills, a secure, fenced-in yard is a must to keep him safe while he enjoys time outdoors. Previous Husky experience is also required, as he’ll thrive with someone who understands the breed’s unique needs and personality.
