Blue, Male, 6 months old, 45 pounds This adorable young guy is bursting with love, curiosity, and charm! With a wagging tail and a heart full of joy, he is ready to explore the world—preferably by your side. Blue is still learning all the important things, like how to be the very best family member, and will thrive with patience, guidance, and lots of love. He’s going to be a big dog!! Blue is a true cuddle bug, but will need patience in training and adjusting to a new home. He is ready to grow into a loyal, loving companion with an adopter dedicated to providing him with structure. Our puppies arrive from many situations- an “oopsie” litter, partner rescues, and sometimes a home situation. Most of our puppies spend 3-4 weeks in a loving foster home, receiving the best care and socialization from our amazing FAPL fosters! Many puppies are well on their way in house training skills, but of course will need continued time, training, and patience. Please keep in mind, exact breed or size when grown is not guaranteed! Puppies will keep you on your toes, and the end result will be so worth it!! No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are done on a first-come, first-served basis by visiting the shelter. Applications will not be accepted in advance. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent a home/apartment. If you have dogs and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.
