About Scarlett

Scarlett survived the euthanasia list three times before finally finding safety. She came to the shelter after a rough life, likely raising many litters, and arrived emaciated, in pain, and clearly overwhelmed. Even so, Scarlett never lost her gentle side. She's proven herself affectionate and sweet, described by her foster as a happy girl who thrives around other dogs and loves her people. She’s a classic love bug—always ready for belly rubs and eager for connection. Now at a healthy weight and on pain medication, Scarlett enjoys comfort she’s never known before. X-rays show some orthopedic issues; she's scheduled to visit a specialist soon for a full evaluation. Her future family should be prepared for ongoing support as Scarlett’s needs become clearer, offering her the patience and care she missed for so long. Scarlett is a beautiful Cane Corso, around four years old, house trained, short-coated, and up to date on vaccinations. Her adoption fee is partially sponsored for the right match.
