Meet Keller This 7-year-old Toy Poodle is a soft, gentle soul who is just beginning to discover the world outside of a crate. As a breeder surrender, Keller spent much of his early life confined, so he can be shy and timid at first—but underneath that quiet exterior is an incredibly sweet boy who loves being around people and other animals. He moves at a slower pace and thrives in a calm, patient environment where he can feel safe and secure. Keller is house trained, crate trained, and would do well in an apartment, making him a wonderful companion for a quieter home, such as an older couple or individual looking for a devoted little shadow. Keller recently had 20 decayed teeth removed and now only has his canine teeth, so he will need a soft food diet moving forward. Despite everything he’s been through, he remains loving, affectionate, and happiest when he’s curled up close for cuddles. Whether as an only dog or with a gentle companion, Keller is ready to find a home where he can finally experience comfort, kindness, and unconditional love.
