Valerie Jack Russell/Lab Mix 2 Years Old Valerie is a sweet and social little lady who can't wait to find a home of her own. Valerie came to us from a southern shelter so we don't know much about her past, but she had some old injuries so we think she might have had a run in with a car at some point. Unfortunately, she had a broken leg that could not be repaired, so she is now a cute little tripod and getting around just fine! Valerie loves to meet new people and is a very snuggly girl, but she can also be really silly and playful when she gets going! She has been through lots of transitions in a short period of time, so she is looking for a home that can give her time to settle in and learn at her own pace. We're not sure what breeds she is mixed with, but she is a perfectly medium size! Interested adopters will work with a matchmaker on staff to determine which dog(s) they’re interested in - and if we can identify a match, potential adopters will be able to meet those dogs outside of the kennel. Cat and small animal areas will remain open to walk through.
