About Inky
Inky is a 5-month-old, petite 3 pound, Domestic Shorthair, female kitten with a friendly, entertaining, and quirky personality. Inky began life as a barn kitten and now enjoys the luxuries of indoor life. She likes to jump at string toys, chase balls, and zoom around the house. When held, Inky has a loud loving purr and enjoys being petted and scratched behind the ears. Inky's life began living in a barn, so she is still shy and skittish when approached by people. She might run away at first but then jump onto your bed or couch ready for lots of affection. Since Inky is skittish, she would do best in a home with adults and older children since fast movements scare her. But with a little patience, you will be warmly rewarded by Inky's affection. Inky gets along well with both dogs, men, and other cats. She may prefer to be with a calmer cat that doesn't play too rough though. Inky is fully litterbox trained. She enjoys her food and canned food is definitely a way to her heart. If Inky could be a great addition to your family. Inky is located in Ohio and her adoption fee is $75. Kittens are only adopted in pairs or to homes with other friendly, social pets. They are very social by nature and need to be with other pets for their socialization. Inky's adoption fee is $75; to adopt a pair of kittens, the combined adoption fee is $$110. To adopt this pet, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our cats come spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, up to date on flea and tick preventative, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. All adults are combo tested; for some litters of kittens who have not been exposed to other cats, only one kitten in the litter may be tested. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and helps us continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the pet you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.
