I'm Doug, a 69-pound Labrador Retriever mix with a whole lot of spunk and energy! I'm always on the move, romping around and exploring everything I can find. My nose is constantly working overtime, sniffing out every corner and checking out all the interesting smells around me. I'm a big foodie too, so if something smells tasty, I might just try to investigate - even if it's not meant for me! I know my name and I'm always excited to be part of whatever's going on, especially if it involves fun, adventure, or snacks. I'm a very active guy who needs a high-energy home that can keep up with my adventurous spirit and give me plenty of exercise and stimulation. Even though I love to stay busy, I also have a super sweet side and won't ever pass up the chance to be loved on. Once I've burned off some energy, I'm happy to lie down and relax - but don't be surprised if I pop right back up if I think I'm missing out on something exciting! I'm truly a big ol' love bug who's ready to bring joy, laughter, and lots of tail wags to a home that's ready for my fun-loving personality. My adoption fee of $225+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society. All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
