Florentina is a 3- year old, 49 lb female Terrier mixed breed. Florentina is currently located in South Texas and will be transported to her new home. This sweet and very loving girl is Miss Florentina, or Flo. Miss Flo was rescued shortly after she and her babies were found on the streets, struggling to survive. All her babies have been adopted, and Florentina is patiently waiting for her own home. Flo is a playful and fun loving girl who really enjoys playing with toys and balls - she is a ball fiend! She adores cuddles and promises not to be a bed hog if she is allowed up on the bed. Flo has been around children on multiple occasions and been great with them, she's just a natural mommy. Although she shares her foster home with two dogs, Florentina can be selective with other doggy friends, so a doggy sibling who is calm and not pushy would be best for Flo. Florentina would be a great running buddy; she thrives with her daily walks, and also gets excited when it's time to go for a ride. She does love her adventure time! She is potty trained and crate trained, and knows a few basic commands, though she would benefit from some additional obedience training so she can continue to learn new things. This sweet girl was a great mommy to her pups, and deserves to find a loving home of her very own. Hopefully that home is with you! Our organization only adopts within the United States and Canada. Faith and Hope is an established rescue group based in Texas but delivers to multiple states on the East and West Coast. All dogs and cats are rescued from the state of Texas to be transported to Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, and others, with placement in their adoptive family’s homes.
