He is 4 years old and keeps a clean kennel so he may be housebroken. Poogie was found on Main Street in The Plains. He currently weighs 20 pounds. Meeting dogs is by appointment only. Please call the shelter (740/593-5415) to make an appointment. All adopters must bring in kids and other dogs in the household for a meet and greet before adoption.
