Dee was surrendered to us after being in a home for 3 years. Her owner said they never wanted an inside cat :( This girl is still getting used to the shelter environment, and hasn’t showed us her full personality yet. She spends most of her time curled up in a tiny ball, but once she gets some attention she starts chatting away and rolling around. She doesn’t really meow, more like little chirps.
