About Chaucer & Doyle: Two
Bonded brothers Chaucer and Doyle are the real deal—full of personality, charm, and a touch of mischief. This pair of seven-month-old tuxedo boys keeps each other busy dashing through tunnels, chasing toys, and inventing new games, but they're just as eager to crawl into a lap for pets. Both kittens soak up affection and become total mush in their foster mom’s arms, purring the minute they’re picked up. They're outgoing and vocal, often announcing when it’s time for dinner or a treat, and their cheerful, chatty nature makes them constant entertainers. Chaucer and Doyle enjoy the company of other cats and would thrive with feline friends but have not met any dogs yet. Although they’re social and loving once settled, they still get startled by loud sounds and sudden movement, so a calm, adult home is best—young children aren’t likely to be a match. Both are neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and FIV/FELV negative, and they’re being fostered in Southern Connecticut (but can travel for a great adopter). They’ve had quite the journey from the Bronx and now just need someone patient enough to let them blossom. Give these clever brothers a place to call home, and you’ll never lack for laughs or companionship. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
