Rex Rex may be a little shy at first, but underneath that timid exterior is the sweetest cuddle bug just waiting to come out. Once he trusts you, he absolutely loves snuggling up with his people and soaking in all the affection. Dog Friendly: Rex loves other dogs and is eager to make canine friends. He would thrive with a playful dog sibling to help boost his confidence. Play Style: While he has a calm demeanor for a puppy, he still enjoys playtime, toys, and staying active with his humans. House Manners: Rex has learned to use a doggie door and has wonderful house manners. He also does great in his crate for up to 8 hours and keeps it clean. Crate Comfort: His crate is his safe space! Rex sleeps quietly through the night and is happiest when his crate is near his humans. Kid & Cat Approved: Rex does well with kids and has met a cat without showing any aggression. Safety First: Rex does require a fenced yard or to be kept on leash at all times while he continues building confidence. The Perfect Home: Rex would do wonderfully with someone patient and loving who can help him continue coming out of his shell. With a little time and encouragement, this sweet boy is going to absolutely blossom. Bonus: Rex cuddles are 100% worth it.
