Meet Rocky, an impressive Samoyed/Husky mix with a striking white coat and a calm confidence that draws everyone in. Rocky survived as the watchful leader of a group of stray dogs until rescued, quickly adapting to home life while keeping his loyal, gentle spirit intact. He's happiest when he has a person to bond with and is both social and affectionate—expect him to seek your attention and enjoy downtime near you after a good walk. Rocky walks politely on leash and thrives when he’s active, stimulated, and has structure in his day. While he connects deeply to his canine friends Jett and Frannie, and ideally would be adopted with at least one of them, he can do well as a solo dog in the right household with proper boundaries and enrichment. He gets along with most dogs if they’re easygoing and non-dominant, but needs a secure yard and someone who understands active, intelligent breeds. Rocky is neutered, vaccinated, house trained, and located in Pine Mountain Club, CA—willing to travel up to 8 hours for the right home.
