Her friendly nature makes her the perfect companion for peaceful evenings, mellow walks and the occasional game of fetch, when you might get a glimpse of her spectacular zoomies. Although her walking pace may be leisurely, don't mistake that for indifference -she LOVES her walks! She lights up at the sound of her leash being taken out, and she'll even start chirping like a bird in excitement to get her steps in. If it were up to her, Ivy would go on countless walks per day! That's when she becomes alive! She's got great leash manners too. She walks with a loose leash and does not pay attention to other dogs. When she's not on-leash exploring her foster family's neighborhood, she's been content to spend time snoozing near her human friends, but she also enjoys independently cuddling up in her heated bed from time to time.
