Dottie was found outside as a stray but definitely was someone's cat at one point! She is a happy and social girl who is glad to be living the indoor life again, even if it is in a shelter. Her one complaint about the shelter is that she's not so much a fan of the cage! She loves getting time out to walk around and explore and nuzzle her face on her caregivers.
