Freckles is the sweetestĀsnuggle bug you could ever hope to meet! As a senior girl, FrecklesĀbrings a calm, mature energy to her home. No wild puppy antics here. She's a polite girl who will let you know when she needs to go potty, and may put out a paw to say "pet me, please", but otherwise she doesn't ask for much. She takes lots of naps, and while she is fine napping on her own she really loves to cuddle up with a person. She gets excited for meal time or a few treats, and is happy to to do a "sit" for them.Ā When it's time for her to get up from a nap, a little kissy noise from her person is all it takes and she's right by your side. Freckles lives with another calm senior dog and although she doesn't try to play, she is perfectly happy and comfortableĀcoexisting. (She also did well with a cat in a short term foster home.) For anyone looking for a medium-sized, affectionate senior dog - I can't recommend Freckles more.Ā She's a perfect good girl.
