He was found out in the country by a kind person who knew he deserved a safer life, especially since navigating the outdoors without sight can be so dangerous. Now safe with us, Peri has proven just how resilient and loving he is. Though Peri is blind, you'd never guess it by his spirit. He enjoys wandering around, exploring his surroundings in his own way, and seeking out attention from his people. He does well with other cats and appreciates a calm, understanding environment where he can feel secure. Because he can't see, Peri may sometimes hiss at unfamiliar sounds or sudden movements-his way of saying, "Hey, what's that?" But once he realizes he's safe, he quickly melts into affection, rubbing up against you and asking for love. Peri is looking for a patient, compassionate home that will give him the time and consistency he needs to feel confident.
