Joaquin is a handsome island boy all the way from Puerto Rico. He is settling into his foster home. He is learning how to walk on a leash and he is house trained. He has always lived with other dogs (big and small) and he is best friends with the cat in his foster home. He is 1 year old, 15 lbs, neutered and current on vaccines.
