That's according to Quinn's former owners, and we can attest that she's unbelievably friendly with humans, as well. Walking her to the park is a sweet treat for both her and her walker; she's great on the leash, appears housetrained (her kennel is immaculate, even when she is waiting many hours), and she has lovely calm energy. Her former owner says she is frightened by loud noises, making the shelter extra tough going on her. Quinn is a petite, dear girl who is so deserving of being back in a loving home.
