Meet Phoebe…this tiny 3-pound Chihuahua/Terrier mix may be little, but she has a big need for safety and understanding. At 4–5 years old, Phoebe is looking for a very secure home—one with no doggy door and truly escape-proof surroundings, as she is a significant flight risk and can slip through the smallest openings. Phoebe is very fearful at first and will need a patient, gentle adopter willing to help her build confidence at her own pace. Once she feels safe, her sweet nature begins to shine through. Because of her tiny size, sensitive personality, and tendency to try to escape, she would do best in a calm home without children. She does use potty pads perfectly, which is a great start as she continues to learn and grow. With time, love, and a secure environment, Phoebe has the potential to become a devoted and loving little companion.
