His foster reports that he's shown tremendous growth as he's gotten more comfortable - accepting gentle pets and affection. He has some quirky front legs, likely from a congenital condition or an old injury, but they don't slow him down and only add to his unique charm. Victor has met other dogs while in care and has done well. A home with children older than 8 would be ideal, and any kids should be present for a meet-and-greet.
