Artemis was found living outside at a home that reached out to us for help with a group of kittens they had taken in. As we always do, we won't take kittens without also addressing the adults in the area, so we coordinated with the resident to go out and trap the adult cats. We were told they were all feral and planned to TNR them (get them fixed and return them) but not a single one was actually feral. Every cat we trapped was friendly, sweet, and clearly a dumped pet... Artemis included. Despite already being beyond full, there was no way we could put these cats back out on the street. They are now all safe with PURR but they deserve to find their own, special forever home where they will get the attention they deserve! Artemis has a wonderful, balanced personality that makes him a great match for almost any home. He'd be perfectly happy as your one and only, soaking up all the attention, but he's also social and easygoing enough to coexist nicely with other cats.
