Meet Dash! Dash has been with us his entire life. He didn't just come through our doors-he was born into rescue. His mom was trapped as part of a TNR project, and when the trap was checked the next morning, there was a surprise waiting... four tiny newborn babies and Dash was one of them! The whole family went into a foster home where they were safe, loved, and able to grow. Once the kittens were weaned, Dash and his siblings joined us at the cafe and that was before we even officially opened!! One by one, they all found their forever homes... except for Dash. Dash started out in our kitten room, then graduated to general population. He has been at the cafe for almost a year and a half. We don't quite understand why Dash has been overlooked for so long. He has so much personality and is incredibly smart (sometimes a little too smart for his own good). He is mischievous, curious, and always keeps things interesting. But behind that playful, silly side is a super affectionate cat who truly loves his people. Dash is always: The first to greet you The first to the food bowl The first in line for treats The first to insert himself into whatever you're doing He gets along well with other cats, but after spending his entire life sharing space, attention, and resources... we know he would absolutely thrive in a home where he doesn't have to compete with so many others. Dash deserves more than just being "one of many." He deserves to be someone's cat. Someone's shadow. Someone's daily joy.
