Meet Hallie! Hallie was surrendered to us after her caretaker passed away. Hallie lived all of her life outside and is estimated to be 9 years old. Poor Hallie was in a lot of pain and needed several teeth removed due to dental disease. She is doing fantastic now and is in great health otherwise!
