He and his companion, Ginger, approached a stranger searching for help—both severely underweight and covered in fleas and ticks. Thanks to a compassionate Good Samaritan, Rusty finally got the care he needed and the chance at a better life. Now safe and recovering, Rusty is thriving. He’s gaining weight, feeling better every day, and starting to show his happy, loving personality.
